Get Ready For Summer Boot Camp!

This program focuses on three major points: Cardio, Core, plus Strength & Conditioning. All workouts are created and supervised by a certified strength and conditioning specialist.
- Starts Monday March 25th, 2019
- Ends Thursday April 30th, 2019
- $99 for 12 Sessions over 4 Weeks
- 3 Session Per Week for 4 Weeks Total
- Classes on: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
- All Classes @ 5:30pm
- Age 18+
- Pay in 4 weekly installments
The goal is to increase athletic potential using a three point workout focused on cardio, strength, and core.
